Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a nationwide network of mental health professionals dedicated to providing in-office mental health care—at a steeply reduced rate—to clients in need. Since our founding in 2013, Open Path has matched more than 8,000 clients across the country to affordable psychotherapeutic care. Additionally, Open Path has had over 17,000 students sign on to take one of our affordable online wellness courses.

Our organization is seeking a motivated, professional, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This full-time Membership Manager & Registrar handles the virtual front desk and works closely with prospective clients, members, therapists, and users of our websites. This individual should be extremely comfortable speaking on the phone, while quickly and efficiently using the internet.

As we are seeking to serve a diverse audience, we require that candidates for this position be proficient or fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

Candidates for this position must:

  • Have excellent customer service skills, including exemplary phone etiquette, active listening skills, and strong ability to understand and positively respond to client needs
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to accurately enter data on a computer
  • Be able to write clearly using proper grammar and spelling in English
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Feel confident working from home and staying on task
  • Be able to appropriately handle confidential information
  • Be proficient or fluent in spoken and written Spanish

 

Our ideal candidate would also have experience in social justice and/or the mental health field.

Hours:

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday. The exact hours will depend on what time zone the employee lives in.

  • Pacific and Mountain time zones: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Eastern time zone: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Central time zone: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

 

While this position will work in close proximity to the Executive Director and Program Director, this is a job that will be done remotely in the quiet, non-chaotic environment of the employee’s choice.

The Membership Manager & Registrar will need to use their personal phone for this position, but laptop and printer may be provided by Open Path.

Salary and benefits:

Compensation for this position will be $40,000/year. Benefits include two weeks of paid vacation the first year (three weeks the second year, and four weeks each year after that), employer-paid health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
