My name is Sadaf and I have my Doctorate in Marital and Family Therapy.

My Niches:
I work with clients who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief, as well as clients who desire a journey of self-discovery, identity, and self-worth.
Additionally, I have a particular focus and specialty on relational trauma and attachment wounds, such as narcissistic abuse recovery. I have gained extensive understanding and clinical skills in this area through my doctoral dissertation, which examined Clinician’s Recommendations in Treating Victims and Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse.
Additionally, I have a particular focus on helping professionals, entrepreneurs, influencers, and students overcome imposter syndrome and internal blocks that hinder their confidence, productivity, and motivation.
In my practice, I also work with those going through life changes like break-ups, divorce, dating, and new relationships.

I can join you in identifying the inner roots of your conflicts, manage symptoms that might arise, and achieve better connectedness and a greater sense of Self and well-being physically, psychologically, spirituality, and/or relationally.
As every client is unique, I tailor my personalized and holistic approach to meet your specific needs, addressing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit to create meaningful and lasting change. Therefore; I draw from various therapeutic modalities like Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focus Therapy, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
I create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and gain insight into their patterns and tendencies, as well as personal goals. My aim is to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping mechanisms, cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion, and ultimately create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
