If you have had enough of not being enough, and are ready to move from stress and feeling stuck to being empowered, I’m here to help. I treat adults near or in midlife dealing with depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
Impossible? Or I’m Possible? I know what it’s like to be in your shoes, and I want to help you get where you want to be. I help adults evolve and re-create their lives, mindfully. The focus of my practice is empowering others to see their self-worth and inspire them into action. You don’t have to know how to heal; if you are willing to heal and show up, we will get you to your destination.
I have spent most of my life living and working with many cultures and orientations, including individuals in the LGBTQ+ and Polyamory community. Whatever your difference, you are welcome. I have a diversity based integrative approach, which includes body-mind integration, cognitive-behavioral practices, spirituality and mindfulness, meditation.
If you are living life from the past, you’ll find yourself depressed, anxious, exhausted, stressed and feeling stuck. Living in present time authentically means sorting though the things that are no longer useful to you. You are enough, you have a voice, and you can get where you want to go.
I return every email and phone call as promptly as possible. Please keep in mind that I do have a regular practice which you are free to inquire about, but I am on Open Path to help folks who do not have adequate insurance or income and haven’t any other financial way of seeking help. Currently I am not a Medicare provider and only work with folks until age 64.
I do not respond to inquiries that do not have both a phone number and email. You must live in/be in MA for all sessions. If you are seeking counseling for another, please have them contact me directly. I am unable to respond to inquiries on another’s behalf.
Your first session will be considered a noncommittal consult to insure we are the best match. Day hours available only.
