Therapists, helpers, healers, feelers — who holds space for you? Where can you drop into your own personal humanity behind the professional personas?
I work best …with people who think fast, feel deeply, and are used to carrying a lot. That might mean you’re a therapist, an educator, a caregiver, neurodivergent, or someone holding multiple intersecting identities in a world that rarely makes space for the full you.
I specialize …in ADHD and neurodivergence (diagnosed or not), queer and mixed-identity experiences, people-pleasing, and the emotional labor of existing in systems that weren’t built for you.
My clients have often included:
- other therapists, healers, helpers
- creatives & artists,
- entrepreneurs, high-achieving corporate or industry professionals,
- entertainment/production crew and performance actors
- and LGBTQ adults
- emergency response professionals
- psychedelic spiritualists
… most of whom arrived to therapy with relationship(s) on their mind, and a sense of disconnect from themselves, their passion, their work, their karma, or their partner(s). I’ve a surgically-precise, yet warm/invitational way of reaching the human behind the personas, and tap into experiences under the mask, and clients who want a more direct, relational, and practical approach to psychotherapy often vibe well with that.
My approach is also rooted in sociology and social science through an anti-oppression and deconstructionist lens, because knowledge is liberation, and meeting people where they’re at, as a whole complex being, involves addressing and incorporating the individual and the environments that surround them. No issue or person is an island, and my holistic lens for human experience forms the bedrock of my health philosophy and how I meet others in a clinical space.
Therapy with me is:
- a blend of detail-focused + big picture
- holistic
- person-centered
- humorous
- social-science informed
- identity affirming
- trauma-informed
- grounding
- unique
Frequent topics of concern from my clients include (but aren’t limited to):
- Social or dating anxiety
- Relationship recovery
- Career pressures
- Vicarious clinical trauma
- Clinical and therapeutic boundaries
- Stress decompression from caregiving and human service work
- Family-of-origin de/conditioning
- Cross-cultural/generational values clash and integration
- Authentic living
- (Co)dependency patterns @ work or in relationship
- Career changes
- Integrative (holistic) mind-body health
- Psychedelic preparation & integration
- Multicultural, mixed-race, and intersectional identity
- LGBTQ identity emergence
