If you are looking for affordable, quality care then please, continue reading! As the founder of Tomaro’s C.H.A.N.G.E., a nonprofit organization, a Mental Health Therapist, Life Coach and Community Advocate, I wear many jackets. For over a decade. I have provided community-based, family-centered counseling and support that strengthen, encourage and guide individuals, youth, couples, and families who seek to improve their lives based on their desires.
My professional experience includes teaching parenting education, basic life skills, motivation, stress/depression/anxiety, relationship issues, juvenile delinquency, loss of a parent due to addiction, divorce or incarceration, and meditation. I work with children, families, and individuals to help them realize their inner strength, equip them with the tools, skills, and motivation they need in order to lead happier, healthier lives.
Quality care includes, a) internal strength recognition/building; b) parent/child relationship building; c) support groups focused on encouragement, enlightenment & inner peace; d) journaling & meditation; e) self-esteem/self-worth, self-care & assertiveness for teens/adolescents; and more.
I put a great focus on individuals who are uninsured, underinsured or who are unable to afford their insurance copay. Together, my clients and I work as a team, and they benefit from support, guidance, and information that is relevant to helping them reach their goals.
