We are a collective of culturally affirming mental health professionals with several years of experience. We work with adults from various backgrounds to identify their goals, what’s getting in the way of reaching these goals, and how to remove these obstacles. We practice through a lens of self-compassion, cultural affirmation, attachment theory, intergenerational trauma, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. We offer individual therapy and relationship therapy. We also offer groups for anxiety and dating.

What will the sessions be like?
Our sessions will be 45 mins long and a place where you get to unpack your feelings and explore your challenges through a culturally sensitive, queer affirming and supportive lens. We will work together to help clear the emotional clutter, so that you can release and be happy.
