Isolation and drastic changes in our daily lives can leave us feeling untethered. If you are feeling anxious, frightened, depressed, or filled with grief, you are not alone. Therapy can and should be a place to explore who you are and what your goals might be, to find acceptance, to learn to manage challenging emotions, relationships, and more. I enjoy working with teens, families and folks with chronic pain. I have a warm and comfortable practice where you can expect to be treated with respect, kindness, a sense of humor, compassion.

My approach, is a personalized integrative model that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Neuroplasticity, Mindfulness and Relational Therapy. I have over 25 years of experience working with teens and families.
