Making this call, or looking for a therapist in general can be a scary thing. Some people have never been to counseling and don’t know what to expect. Others have had negative experiences with people they’ve confided in the past that make them hesitant to put themselves out there again. I am here to make it as easy for you as possible. I will walk you through the process, and answer any questions along the way. I know that trust is earned, and our relationship should be one of high trust, and I’m ready to earn yours. I believe every person is different and deserves individualized counseling based on their own personal needs.
Clients usually find that I’m a good match as a therapist if they are seeking someone positive, non-judgmental, kind, & respectful with a hint of humor. I am authentic to who I am in who I am in session and out of session, and I want you to feel comfortable to do the same. My goal is to offer the highest quality mental health care possible.
I primarily work with couples, individuals and families whom desire to have healthier relationships and want a greater sense of satisfaction from life. As someone who understands the impact of mental health on all aspects of our lives, my work is extremely important to me personally. I offer flexible scheduling and teletherapy, please contact me for details.
I am passionate about helping individuals with financial need, however please be advised that there may be a limited amount of slots available for a reduced fee. My lowest sliding scale rate available is $120 (based on current availability, which is subject to change). I keep several slots reserved for OpenPath clients between 7am-10am Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday. Once all slots are filled or if availability outside of these hours is requested, the standard fee per session is $200.
