At Fear Less Therapy our counselors-in-training help clients fear less and be more, something they are learning for themselves as clinical graduate interns. As their supervisor, I empower interns to show up authentically and in their own style as a therapist. The therapy you’ll receive is layered in support for safety in individuality. At our practice, you will be seen and appreciated for who you are, all that you are. We empower people to feel secure in themselves, which reduces many of the common symptoms clients present. We help clients befriend themselves. We emphasize that you are the only person who is going to be with you no matter what, it makes sense to invest in a healthy relationship with yourself. A healthy relationship with yourself supports a healthy relationship with others, and overall wellness. The work we do helps clients center themselves, bringing more peace, security, and clarity for living their lives and navigating relationships.
Fear Less Therapy supports people in fearing less and be-ing more. So much of what we suffer from is rooted in fear – fear we aren’t good enough, fear we’ll fail or be rejected, fear of pain, etc. – and it keeps us from being present. While some fear is important for keeping us safe, much of the fears we experience are not about life threatening danger, and are limiting our enjoyment in relationships with ourselves, others, and in our lives. We help people with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationships, disordered eating, sexuality, spirituality, and more – visit www.fear-lesstherapy.com/our-team.html for details.
We’re here to help you explore your fears and learn to be more comfortable in the uncomfortable. We empower people to move from scared to sacred, you are powerful. Our therapists use a variety of approaches and techniques to bring people back to their center, their core self, where they are grounded and secure and can have clarity to make the best decisions.
Our therapists are counselors-in-training and know exactly what it’s like to learn something new. They know what it’s like to work through these fears, befriend themselves, and show up authentically. At our practice, we are person-centered and trust in the therapeutic relationship to hold the space for healing and be-coming.
