Greetings and congrats on taking an important step towards caring for yourself through seeking mental health support.
We are experiencing uncertain times. The world seems upside down and it may be difficult to make sense of a lot of things right now. These constant shifts cause instability and many emotions. These emotions trigger past trauma and unresolved hurts that stand in the way of your daily responsibilities and cause emotional overload. There can also be many overlapping challenges between family, intimate relationships, historical racial/generational trauma, racism and other isms, family/work and career/life balance, elder life concerns, financial hardship, parenting/childcare decisions, grief/loss, medical issues, or training /school.
If you are you feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed, angry, lonely, frustrated, and/or uninterested in activities that you formerly enjoyed, and these feelings are causing disruption in meeting your life goals and dreams, lets partner to meet your mental health goals.
Throughout our partnership, integrative evidence-based practices will be used to meet your goals. With guidance, support, and working collaboratively in a safe space, we will identify obstacles to achieving your goals and being your highest self. As we uncover your present life experiences and challenges, we will explore their effects on your life trajectory with the aim of unpacking maladaptive thoughts, and behaviors that interfere with your intentions. Throughout our work together we will access internal strengths, enhance coping mechanisms, and outline methods of self-care by holistically addressing mind, body, and spirit. We will also work on your identified goals by building insight, healing, and skills to improve your outlook on life.
I have 20+ years of experience working with a variation of at-risk populations in several professional settings.

I believe that everyone should have access to quality mental health services at a fair and affordable rate. Although I currently do not accept insurance, we can work together to determine a fee that is fair and affordable for you.
