I have experience in treating a variety of mental health needs in children, teens, and adults. My education has afforded me the ability to take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy that supports the growth and development of my clients by examining biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences that can impact your mental health. I am experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms/ PTSD. I utilize several treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more.

I also believe that you are never too old to learn, to play, or to be passionate about things. In my spare time, I can be found playing video games, crocheting, playing with my cats (no judgement to my fellow dog lovers- they’re great too), or practicing my painting skills.
